m preparing my project on performance appraisal appraisal
can u pls tell me what questionnaire i should make for the employees on the basis of which i can make research methodology

Hi,
You need to do a literature search and decide on the research objectives before you can decide on the questionnaire design. Like the other contributor has said the questionnaire will depend upon what you want to get out of your research. Have you got acess to an organisation to conduct your project; if so, they should be able to help you formulating the objectives.

Hi,
I am a Masters' student. My research is on Employees' Perception of fair Performance Appraisal as predictor of Organisational Commitment. I have chosen to use the Organisational Commitment Scale (OCS) (developed by Meyer, Allen and Smith (1993) to measure employees' Organisational commitment and the Scale of Distributive, Procedural, and Interactional Justice ( as developed by Niehoff and Moorman,1993) to assess participants’ perceptions of performance appraisals.
Please help me obtain this questionnaire as they are requested by the Ethical Committee as part of the requirements to obtain permission to conduct research in the organisation where my study takes place.
