I am preparing my project on performance appraisal. Can you please tell me what questionnaire I should make for the employees, based on which I can create the research methodology?

Hi,

You need to do a literature search and decide on the research objectives before you can decide on the questionnaire design. Like the other contributor has said, the questionnaire will depend on what you want to get out of your research. Have you got access to an organization to conduct your project? If so, they should be able to help you in formulating the objectives.

I am a Master's student. My research is on employees' perception of fair performance appraisal as a predictor of organizational commitment. I have chosen to use the Organizational Commitment Scale (OCS), developed by Meyer, Allen, and Smith (1993), to measure employees' organizational commitment. Additionally, I will use the Scale of Distributive, Procedural, and Interactional Justice, developed by Niehoff and Moorman (1993), to assess participants' perceptions of performance appraisals. Please help me obtain this questionnaire, as it is requested by the Ethical Committee as part of the requirements to obtain permission to conduct research in the organization where my study takes place.
