It may be defined as a set of programs, functions and activities design to maximize both personal and organizational goal. it ensures that the organization attracts and hires qualified, imaginative and competent people.
HRSS act as an assistance provider, mentor, guide to the employees in order to solve their problem and provide employee satisfaction to the maximum level.
