Need To Write Business Proposal For Contract Staffing

Dear HR members,
Hope you are in best health and spirits.
I am working with a Consulting firm and one of my client needs a proposal for outsourcing their positions. Since they are new to outsourcing business I need to submit a proposal right from the scratch about outsourcing. Can anyone help me where i can download information about outsourcing (contract staffing). Else if anyone can send me some presentation on it i would be grateful to you.

I am also looking for same,We have been approched by a leading Hospital, as the Hospital is also going for Outsourcing first time they asked us to draft the T&C,to meet their staffing need our responsibilty includes :

1. Recruitment (on OUR payroll)
2. Replacement
3. Salary disbursement
4. Professional Taxes
5. Statutory levies(including PF benefits along with stipulated leaves)

Can you help us /Suggest us with the Draft T&C.(around 10 Empoylee they will taking)
