I am Anupam,working with reliance communication as an HR.I am taking care of employee engagement.Please suggets me few engagemnet activities for Sales team as most of the time thay are away from office and we have different offices at different locations.We can reach them through sms & mails only.

You present an interesting constraint when you say you can reach your employees only via emails and sms. Using that for employee engagement can be tricky and you might need to be innovative in the initiatives you implement.
