Could you please help me out in finding a sample offer letter and, if possible, local HR policies for the Kenya region? We are hiring people locally and would like to keep our HR policies and procedures on par with industry standards.

Kenya is an African country, and your employment of locals, as well as labor laws, appointment terms, and conditions, are something that someone overseas can't decide on until he or she is familiar with your organization's policies for each job level and nature.

This policy consists of compensation policy and terms and conditions for employment, to be decided by the employer and not someone sitting in India.

The whole purpose and idea seem bogus to address this issue here on this site.

We have appointed a local salesperson who visited India, and we issued the offer letter according to Indian HR policies and procedures. Now that he has returned to Kenya, we are in the process of hiring a few locals there. To ensure a smooth transition, we believe it is essential to familiarize ourselves with the local policies and procedures. This will enable us to issue offer letters and implement the HR framework effectively. That's why I decided to seek assistance on this site.
