PF Withdrawal [Thread 144071]

Friends,

I have chased with my previous employer for PF withdrawal amount, but they are not responding back even I have sent PF withdrawal forms to them number of times but all my efforts gone waste, now I have checked online (PF Site) that if your employer doesn’t respond to you or they are not doing anything then you can send us the PF withdrawal form with attestation of any gazette officer.

Now the issue is where I should send this form, because I am not aware which one is the right PF office, I have tried my level best to get to know from my previous employer that from which office they are having an account. (This office is in Gurgaon and my PF account starts with ‘DL’)

Anybody can help me out there.

they might have taken code from delhi and you should know your account number.
do one thing fill up your form with company name and atleast get your account number and deposit in delhi RPFC office with an application that your previous employer is not attesting the same.
it is the duty of employer to attest and return the same to PF office within five days.

with your Head office address you can make idea about the office where you should deposit your PF form.we haver offices in delhi wazirpur,laxminagar and janakpuri.you tell your HO location we will guide u.

Sir, My last company's registered office is in Connaught place, Jain mandir marg, new delhi
