Shops&Establishment Act,Tamil Nadu

Dear Friends Could you please guide me on the registration of an establishment in Tripur with regard to Shops &Establishment ACt .In this regard I would also like to know that whether a separate registration is required with the Local labour Authority other then registration under Shops &establishment act?

can anyone explain should a Public charitable trust be registered under shop and establishment act in Tamilnadu, Chennai.
