Could you please guide me on the registration of an establishment in Tripura with regard to the Shops & Establishment Act? In this regard, I would also like to know whether a separate registration is required with the local labor authority other than registration under the Shops & Establishment Act.

What are the documents required along with the application form to get registration under the Shops & Commercial Establishments Act in Tamil Nadu? Kindly help me.
