How Can We Improve Screening for Housekeeping Staff to Ensure Proper Fit?

Here, I am attaching a letter which is to be sent to the HODs. Kindly correct it if anything is wrong.

It has been noticed during training that some of the housekeeping staff do not have basic education, [do not know how to read and write the local language even]. For example, at ABC PROPERTY and EFG PROPERTY, we have attendants who do not know how to read and write, and at GHI PROPERTY, we have one lady attendant who is not fit for the work [a larger lady]. All of them are newly recruited.

I am requesting all HODs to properly screen and select the best for housekeeping and to obtain final approval from me before hiring, even if they are outsourcing. Additionally, I am requesting all of you to send me a monthly report.
