Employment Exchange Return

Hi all,
Can someone help me out.
I am going to submit the frst employment exchange return of my co. i.e. after two years of starting the establishment.
I mean to say that i need a ER-II IN SOFT COPY.

Hi,
I am also filling the ER-II. I have confusion in filling out the education codes given in Annexure... i mean should i mention the codes like "N" in qualification if we have Graduates and post graduates in medicine....
