Today is the weekend, and since there have been no replies to this question from you, let me take the onus of replying to you.
First, let us discuss food expenditure. It all depends on what kind of person you are and what kind of life you want to lead - not joking. Dubai is a place where you can live happily with a meager income of AED 1000 and be unhappy with AED 35,000. All regional and international food/fast-food options, chains, and ingredients are available here. So, if you enjoy cooking, you could end up saving a lot on your monthly budget. If you prefer dining out, various restaurant options will tempt you, and you can budget yourself from a modest AED 25 per day to AED 1000 (including breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, and Sheesha/cigar). These are actual figures based on assumed expenditure situations.
Considering the current job market situation, your experience pool, and the available accommodation options, I would suggest not considering anything above AED 5000. However, this does not mean that there are no opportunities for you to aim for a bigger and higher pay package.
Sincerely wishing you the very best, and please continue to share your job hunting, joining, and working experiences in the UAE.
