Thank you for the form. The contribution list should display individual names. Am I correct? Does this apply to all establishments, regardless of the number of people, but registered under the Shops and Establishment Act? Please confirm.

I need professional advice on LWF as it says, "Numbers of Employees whose names stand in the register of establishment on 31st December 2012." Please clarify whether the number of employees includes only permanent employees or if we also need to take into account contract employees for Labor Welfare Fund remittance on an annual basis. Please clear my doubt for submitting the Labor Welfare Fund.
