Navigating Career Growth: What Certifications and Documents Do I Need for a Management Role in Marketing?

I hope you'd help me with this. My issue is that I have worked as a Marketing Executive for 9 months and was promoted to the post of Senior Marketing Executive. I worked with the firm for another 17 months. Now, what are the various certifications that I will need considering I have completed my PGDBM and am vying for a management position now?

I have been asked by my ex-boss to bring to him the documents that I would be needing to portray my progress in the field of Marketing (services marketing). Kindly help me with the documents that I should request along with some good formats for the same.
