Resignation - Charge Sheet

suresh k
Hi
I was working as Senior Manager in PSU.I was transferred to a irrelevant Department by the management as vindictive.I submitted my resignations to the GM-P&A in person and a copy of receipt has been taken.I have 300days in my credit and i requested to adjust 30days as notice period.I have clear acadamis record and no disciplinary proceedings till the date i submittedmy letter of resignations. The non acceptance or rejection of resignations were not sent to in written statement or rather the management kept cool. After 8 months i claimed my PF,GF and others. They have served a charge sheet seeking explanation for long leave exactly after 12months. As per standing orders of the company they should have informed of non acceptance within 48hrs. What should i do? should i reply for charge sheet?should i proceed leagally?I did nor hold any resposible assignment in the last 3months of service until regination is submitted.

Dear Mr Suresh,
Here most of being the true HR fails. Whenever you give resignation, take atleast 2 copy of it. The orginal you submitting it must be sign by person whom you are giving.

Here, kindly explain me what your standing orders says, like if the person not resuming to the duty to the said period, then notice is been issued by HR dept to resume. Even if you don't resume then letter is been issued by local post office, even if you had not received then it must be published in local newspaper.

Presenly, no need of giving reply inspite give the reply of the resignation give to them along with it give the zerox resgination given (if you have)

With Regards

Can i claim 2 month's notice period salary? as per my agreement notic eperiod is 3 months.

Hi
if you are in indecisive mood why you have not collected from the employer. as resignation letter is with the management, they have taken decision to releive you. Now, you do not have any say in negotion. you may seek help from Advocate for suitable legal relief.
