Understanding PMS, GD, and SWOT Analysis: Can Someone Explain These Terms?

Can anyone tell me what PMS and GD are? Also, what is SWOT analysis?

PMS stands for Performance Management System, through which an employee's performance is calculated. It is done once a year (in some organizations twice).

GD stands for Group Discussion. It is a technique used during interviews to help in shortlisting applicants based on various parameters.

Now, the last one,

SWOT Analysis is a marketing strategy in which you analyze a product's success in four different parameters. SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.
