Struggling to Gather Confidential Salary Data for My MBA Project in Delhi/Gurgaon – Any Advice?

jyoti bhardwaj
Hello, I am pursuing an MBA from Banasthali Vidyapith in Rajasthan. Presently, I am doing my summer training with DCM Technologies Ltd in Gurgaon. Regarding my training project, I have to study the compensation and benefits package of technical-level employees in various IT corporates (embedded software) around Delhi/Gurgaon. I have prepared a questionnaire to conduct the survey.

Would you please tell me how I could get the same filled if I don't have any contacts? And how could I get information on CTC/TH ratio in various IT corporates (Embedded) in Delhi/Gurgaon, since such info is highly confidential? If someone is presently employed in some IT corporate around Delhi/Gurgaon, please fill the questionnaire attached. Fill in the entries which you find relevant and mail it to me. I do not want the exact salary figures. Just provide the ratios/differences. Please get it filled by some technical-level employee only.

My email ID is sweetjoe_19@yahoo.co.in. Thanks, Jyoti Bhardwaj
