I am pursuing MBA frm Banasthali Vidyapith,
Rajasthan. Presently, i am doing my summer training with DCM technologies ltd, Gurgaon. Regarding my training project, i've to study compensation & benefits package of technical level employees in various IT corporates (embedded s/w) around delhi/gurgaon. I've prepared a questionnaire to conduct the survey.
Would you pls tell me that how cud i get the same filled if i dont have
any contacts?
and how could i get information on CTC/TH ratio in various IT
corporates (Embedded) in delhi/gurgaon, since such info is highly confidential.
if someone is presently employed in some IT corporate around Delhi/gurgaon, pls fill the questionnaire attached. Fill in the entries which you find relevant and mail it to me. I do not want the exact salary figures. Just provide the ratios/differences. pls get it filled by some technical level employee only.
