Stay Interviews is a proactive action plan to understand employees aspirations and the reasons which are making them stay in the organization.
This will enable us to know if there are any course corrections that needs to be done like Role Change, Training Needs, Recognitions, Grievances and overall suggestions for improving the organization etc.
