MBA Student Seeking HRIS Questionnaire for Project – Can You Help?

If you are working on an HRIS project for a company, a readymade questionnaire would be of no use. You will have to sit with your project guide and understand the scope of the project. There are a lot of parameters that should go into making an HRIS questionnaire. For instance:

- Size of the organization
- Departments that will be covered in the sample size
- Stage in which the HRIS exists: Has it just been introduced and employees are yet to gain familiarity for working on it? Or has it been around for a few years and has started helping in taking strategic decisions?
- The various HRIS modules that are in use, the most useful ones, etc.
- The modules that are the least used: the reasons

I hope that provides some idea into making a questionnaire.
