Need Of HRIS Questionnaire

hello every1,
I am an MBA(HR) student, and i require a questionnaire on Human Resource Information System for my project work.
Would be of great help if any1 can send me the questionnaire.

If you are working in an HRIS project for a company, a readymade questionnaire would be of no use. You will have to sit with your project guide and understand the scope of the project.
There are a lot of parameters that should go into making an HRIS q'aire.
For instance

• Size of the organisation
• Departments that will be covered in the sample size
• Stage in which the HRIS exists: Has it just been introduced and employees are yet to gain familiarity for working on it? OR has it been around for a few years and has started helping in taking strategic decisions?
• The various HRIS modules that are in use, the most useful ones, etc.
• The modules that are the least used: the reasons
