HR policies are varie from company to company in some aspects... but not in all. Therefore please let us know the strengh of your organisation and following details , i think we can suggest the best by looking at that.
a) No of employees
b) Skilled + Non skilled
c) Nature of the organisation
d) Whether it includes Recruitement ( Few companies outsource this) + Training +
Personal Department functions such as , Leave calculations , Salary calculations (
PF + ESI), whether you have gratuity or any other retirement schemes.
e) Entry system and exit system... i mean Opening and closing hours of the office.. whether is there any strict compliance will be there if Employees do not turn by timings.
