Seeking 2005 IT Compensation Insights for MBA Project – Can You Help?

I am pursuing an MBA from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan, and presently doing my summer training. I've been assigned a project to study the compensation & benefits packages in various IT corporates in Delhi/Gurgaon. I want to know the figures for 2005. If someone has any relevant details, he/she can email me the same.

If anyone is employed in an IT firm, he/she may fill out the questionnaire I've attached. Please fill in the entries you find relevant and email it to me. I do not want exact salary figures. The ratio/difference between CTC to TH (take-home) would be okay.
