compensation & benefits in various IT corporates - information for a project

I am pursuing MBA from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan and presently am doing my summer training. I've been assigned a project to study compensation & benefits package in various IT corporates in Delhi/ Gurgaon. I want to know the figures for 2005. If someone has any relevant details, he/ she can mail me the same.
If anyone is employed in some IT firm, he/ she may fill the questionnaire I've attached. Please fill the entries you find relevant and mail it to me. I do not want exact salary figures. The ratio/ difference between CTC to TH (take home) would be ok.

I am not able to fill your Quest. 'cos those activites are taken care by Accounts Dept.
Are you asking the salary of an H.R person or Embedded - Firmware or Software or Hardware.?
