Employers have to keep monthly paid challans of ESI and PF, their attendance sheet, and ESIC paid on extra working paid. Also, half-yearly and annual records with days, and also Bonus paid that are sent to respective offices. Furthermore, if Contract Workers are employed directly by the Employer, EPF and ESIC newly joined membership forms should be sent to the offices. Then ESIC membership card must be with contract workers. If an ESIC worker is on medical leave, then those days' payment will be paid by ESIC, so its medical report as well.
