Employer has to keep monthly paid challans of ESI and PF, their attendance sheet and ESIC paid on extra working paid also half yealy and annulay records with days and also Bonus paid that sent to respective offices, Further, If Contract Workers are employed directly by Employer, EPF and ESIC Newly joined membership forms that sent to the offices,then ESIC membership card must be with contract workers .
