PF, ESI,BONUS, LTC, MEDICAL Calculation

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am working as an associate consultant. i need information about thePF, ESI, Bonus , LTC, Medical calculation for my interview. I have another query what is 8.33% related to is it to PF or bonus

This is very wide topic.In pf 8.33% is the percentage for EPS(Employee pension Scheme and it is bonus limit is 8.33 to 20%.

Lalita, u have put logicla quot....well, PF contribution frm employee frmo Basic salary is 12%+Employer side 8.33%-Penstion fund(not above Rs.541) and 3.67%=12%.
ESIC- From Employee from Gross Rs.1.75% and from Employer 4.75%. Bonus ----should have worked for 30 days in last preceeding year----from Basic salary 8.33% to 20% and not more then Rs.3500/- in case of age 15th 18yrs. then minimum rs.100
AND L.T.C. is paid on Last Basic /12months(April to March) * months served eg. 25000/12*5 months if releived from 31st August so April to August5months.
