How Do You Present HR Challenges in a Virtual Organization? Seeking Your Ideas!

I have to make a presentation on HR in a virtual organization. Can anyone suggest what should be included in this topic? Please help me. :(

You can have the following flow of the presentation -
HR Functions - Give a brief of all the activities that HR does in a normal organisation eg. Recruitment, Hiring, Engagement, payroll management etc..
•Why the Difference - Explain why the HR role will be different from a normal organisation (Pick up the differences between virtual and normal organisation that affect HR - e.g. Employees wont have workplace , wide cultural differences etc.)
•What is the difference - No attendance management would be there , Salary structure may have to be.. different depending of the country etc.
•Challenges - What all challenges HR will have to face in such a organisation

From an HR perspective, the challenges arising from these developments can be manifested through the direct effects on HR functions and on the organization in terms of its structure, job duties, work allocation, and even its culture.
