Suggestions Required - Training Session

Hi Bhavna!

I don’t think I can give suggestion to you, but let me share what generally I do.
As per my knowledge whoever passed out their schooling will have the required English knowledge to speak and write. This need not be universal truth, so I just find out the standards of the trainees. I ask them whether they can understand my language while I am speaking in English or not. Find out whether they are in position to feel the mistakes when somebody uses wrong grammar, they need not be able to say what exactly the mistake is. If they can do both of the above, I just teach them tenses and make them to write too many own sentences. I make them to understand which tense should be used at a particular situation.
Fist I let them write positive sentences and then ask them to convert the same in to interrogative form. This will make them to think.
If they are not in position to understand my language, then there is no other option than teaching everything to them.
Most important thing is spelling mistakes are very common as Mr. Premm77 could catch one basic mistake in our mails. For the level of employees that you have mentioned, it’s not that important. I don’t think we can judge based on that.

Thanks and regards
