Struggling with PF Withdrawal Without Employer's Signature? Here's How to Handle It

Can I get help from anyone regarding the above-mentioned subject? Actually, I worked with an MNC company for four years in South India. Due to something, I could not wait for the pre-intimation period of the company when I resigned from the employer. Now I am working with another company in North India. The issue is that the first employer is not ready to sign the PF Withdrawal Form 19.

Please suggest to me what I should do:
1. Can it be transferred to the present account? If yes, how?
2. Or can it be withdrawn? If yes, how? Please...

My husband had a similar kind of issue, but he had received his Full & Final settlement, and after that, the company said that he had some dues to be paid to the company, and they would not sign his PF unless that amount was paid. We directly approached the PF office and got the amount as he had his Full & Final settlement letter. The company has no right to hold the PF amount for any reason. You can approach the PF office if you have the letter of your Full & Final settlement copy with you.

Furthermore, as per the EPF Act of 1995, Form 10-C, after completion of 2 months from the date of resignation, the form must be attested by a Gazetted Officer, the Bank Manager where the employee holds an account, the Head of the Education Institution, the Sub-Post Master, the Magistrate, a Member of the Central Board of Trustees of the EPF or Regional Committee, the Chairman/Secretary/Panchayat/Member of the Municipal/District/Local Board, the President of the Village Union/Panchayat, the Member of Parliament, or a Member of the Legislative Assembly.

Hi All,

I had submitted my resignation letter via mail as they have not accepted my hard copy. I left the last organization in Sept 2007, which is based in Kerala. I am currently in Maharashtra. I do not have the "letter of acceptance" or the "Full & final settlement letter."

What procedure should I follow to claim my PF? I only have the PF numbers in my hand.

Thank you for the quick reply. I have only doubts on this.

1) Reason for leaving: Resignation for a better opportunity (Is it okay?)
2) Where should I get the stamp from the Bank manager as there is no separate column? Can I place it just below the free space of the bank details column?
3) Does the bank need to be a nationalized bank? Is it compulsory?

Please clarify these doubts for me.
