Strides Arcolab Ltd has announced the appointment of N. Balachandar as Chief Human Resources Officer in a newly created post. Balachandar will lead all HR functions across Strides globally and have the overall responsibility for human capital strategy, talent and leadership development, staffing and recruiting, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. He reports to the Vice-Chairman and Group CEO, a Strides release said on Monday.

I am sure he is not the same film director who has made a lot of Tamil cinemas. But I am not sure about this man, Mr. Balchander, as he does not have any qualifications as Nobel laureates or scholars from India or overseas, definitely not.

She could easily figure out that if she knows his company where he is appointed, as she described that such and such a company appointed Mr. Balchander as HR Manager.
