Strides Arcolab Ltd has announced the appointment of N. Balachandar as Chief Human Resources Officer in a newly created post. Balachandar will lead all HR functions across Strides globally and have the overall responsibility for human capital strategy, talent and leadership development, staffing and recruiting, compensation and benefits and employee relations. He reports to the Vice-Chairman and Group CEO, a Strides release said on Monday.

But I am not sure about this man Mr.Balchander as he does not have any qualification as Nobel laureates or scholar from India or overseas definately.

The film director is K Balachandar and not N. Balachandar.....who ever it may be the Balachandar why we need to dig further.....waste of time boss!!!!!
