How Do You Manage Attendance for Contract Employees and Consultants? Seeking Advice!

Hi,

In our company, we are using the attendance register FORM 25-MUSTER ROLL (Vide Rule...). Could someone please let me know the suggested attendance register for maintaining the attendance of employees?

Secondly, we have contract employees as well as consultants. Please let me know if we should use the same register for their attendance or if it is optional. If we use the same register, what are the implications we need to face?

Hi,

The muster roll recommended to be maintained according to the Factories Act is Muster Roll 22 in Karnataka. Please check in your state. You have to maintain the attendance of contract employees also in the same register. For consultants, you can maintain a general register.
