Need Help with UAE Labor Laws for Employee Handbook in a Design Tech Startup?

Hi all,

I am currently working as an HR Manager for a new startup company within the design and technology field in Dubai. I would welcome any information regarding labor laws within the UAE as I am compiling an Employee Handbook and other policy documents. If anyone can share any up-to-date Employee handbooks or contracts, it would be greatly appreciated.
