Could Anyone Help Me In How To Start Own BPO?

I am have been working in a Bpo from last 5 years, Now i m planing to start my know Bpo could any one please help how can start this. From where can i get the process, i have searched alot on web but was unable to find.

We are much interested in staring up a very small home based call center which will be about 5 to 10 seats.
