Please confirm what the eligibility criteria are for the application of Registration Certificate (RC) under the Contract Labour Act at Noida by the Principal Employer. How many minimum numbers of Contract Employees are required to apply for an RC under CLA?

Principal employer has to apply for registration provided they have to employ 20 or more contract employees.

As mentioned by Mr. Madhu, if you have a total of 20 contract workers, then you must register all contractors with the labor department. In Noida, nowadays, the CEO of the Noida Authority has the power to grant you registration and apply through the labor department.
