Please confirm what is the eligibility for Application of RC under Contract Labour ACt at Noida by Principal Employer. How many minimum number of Contract Employees are required to apply for RC under CLA.

Principal employer has to apply for registration provided he has to employ 20 or more contract employees.

as mentioned by mr madhu if you are having total 20 contract wokers than you have to register all contractors with labour dept.
in noida now a days CEO of noida authority has power to grant u l
registration and apply through labour dept .
