What Other Committees Should a Factory Have Beyond the Basics? Seeking Suggestions!

Apart from the works committee, canteen committee, and anti-sexual harassment committee, is there any other committee to be formed in the factory? Please suggest.

Based on the applicability of your site the following committees can also be formed. · Laundry committee (if applicable) · Event management committee · Sports committee · Investigation committee for disciplinary issues · Safety committee

You can have different committees, mainly for involving the employees in the smooth functioning of the organization, bringing quality, organizational effectiveness, and success. Committees ensure their involvement and participation and the feeling of "We" instead of "U and I." Please take care that time is not wasted unnecessarily on the committee decision-making process.
