Human resources is directly related to the business. In my opinion, managing the human resources and getting the work done through various means is the responsibility of an HR professional. They are not directly related to the management but play a crucial role in motivating employees, creating a positive work environment, handling issues, and fostering enthusiasm in employees. This, in turn, leads to improved business outcomes. An HR professional acts as a nurturing figure for all employees.

The role of HR is to plan and implement strategies to develop the core competencies of the employees and to evaluate those competencies to achieve the maximum output from the average employee.
