Role Of HR [Thread 13894]

All respected HR professional just add your opinion on how strategic is the role of HR in the Business.Because what i feel is still there is ambiquity in the role of HR.

Hi ,
Human Resource is directly related to the business. So to my opinion, managing the human resource and get the work done through various means is the resp of an HR. And he is not directly related to the management . He is the person, who motivates them, create a good environment , handle the issues etc.. which in turn bring the work and enthu in a employee which results in good business, An HR acts as a mother of all employees.

role of HR is to plan and implement strategies to develop the core competences of the employees and to evaluate those competences to achieve the maximum output from the average employee.
