Hi,

KRA submission in Telecom was a great job. I mean the toughest thing is the follow-up you have to do with the people. During the recession, people were not filling in their KRA because they knew there wouldn't be much of a hike for people this year.

The format is simple. People have to fill in their KRA as a draft at the start of the year, review it after six months (MID-term appraisal), and finally submit it at the end of the year. The format is: Appraisee sends it to the Reporting Manager, and the Reporting Manager sends it to the Review Manager.

So, that was just a small discussion about the whole process.
