Struggling to Choose an HR Research Topic for My MBA in the UAE – Any Ideas?

Hello, I am an online MBA student embarking on a research paper to be submitted as part of my MBA course. I have chosen HR but have no clue as to what topic I must be researching. I am based in the UAE and had been a teacher for nearly 15 years. It is my desire for a career change that encouraged me to do my MBA. Any suggestion towards a topic or research question will be greatly appreciated.
