How Can I Cost-Effectively Outsource HR Tasks for My Growing Small Business?

Hi Guys,

I run a small company (about 10 employees). We would expand to about 20 employees in the new year. The company has recently got registered, and we now have tax implications on employees' salaries, etc. We currently do not have an HR admin within the company since it's quite small. But from the coming month onwards, we would need HR functionality to do the following:

- Draft Code of Conduct and Employee handbook
- Devise Salary Slips
- Handle Payroll for staff

I want to know if we can outsource this to an HR firm for a cost-effective price, rather than having to recruit a full-time employee. Can someone suggest names of HR firms and estimate prices for the same?
