You can think of conducting a Monthly Best Team Player Award. Here, the objective is to inculcate team-playing spirit among all members. The methodology to select the Best Team Player will be as follows:
1) This award will be for every department separately, provided it has at least 40 plus employees. Otherwise, you can form some groups.
2) You have to conduct a poll. Literally, a ballot paper along with a cover to be given to every employee in the department.
3) Every employee will be free to write the name of his most favorite colleague on the ballot paper and enclose it in the cover and deposit it in a separate box.
4) The employees will be free to select anyone else, excluding the names of managers.
5) Based on the votes polled, the Best Team Player of the Month will be elected.
6) You can give a cash award of Rs.1500 plus a certificate, as well as a rolling cup, in a simple ceremony where the HODs may assemble.
7) You can utilize this occasion to spell out different schemes/developments in the company so that this also serves as a medium of communication.
