Exploring Psychometric Testing: What Are Your Options and How Have You Implemented Them?

Hi, I am working with a software company and would like to implement psychometric testing in my organization. Can anyone let me know what the different options (different psychometric tests) are with respect to the industry? Also, if anyone has implemented any of the tests in their organization, how did they go about it. I would appreciate responses from all the members who can help me on this.
