Psychometric Testing - Xls Download

Hi - I am working with a software company and would like to implement psychometric testing in my organization.
Can anyone let me know what are the different options (as in different psychometric tests) w.r.t. the industry? Also, if anyone has implemented any of the tests in their organization, how did they go about it.

There a many tests available, plz specify if u need them for recruitment or after recruitment.

i basically require a psychometric test for before and after training.
can anybody provide me this?
