Terminated Without Notice and Unpaid Dues: What Can You Do to Get Your Full Payment?

vishnu76
If a private limited consumer durable company terminates its employee without giving any prior notice or any compensation and also does not clear pending dues like last month's salary, without notice salary, and other TA/DA expenses, then what action can we take against the employer to get full and final payment dues?

Hi Vishnu 76,

The exact course of action can only be determined or suggested after examining the terms and conditions of the appointment letter. Therefore, I would recommend that you consult with a knowledgeable labor law practitioner who can advise you on the appropriate steps to take after reviewing your documents. The company will certainly have to make the payment as you have described the case.

Best of luck,
Jai

Make sure that you do not sign any letters. Don't submit a resignation letter. Retrieve all outstanding dues and then submit your resignation letter. Otherwise, you will need to approach the conciliation officer.
