This is Jai from Chennai. Basically we are into HR Recruitment firm, due to market down we are not able to generate the revenue through Recruitment.So,We have planned to enter into Market as PF,ESI Consultant or Pay Roll consultant or Facility Management Consultant.
We dont have idea and procedure, any one can help me out. Which one is feasible.

Answer the following questions for yourself:
In which area i'm perfect in?
In which areas my current team is strong in?
I'm i able to recruit new personnel if i have to enter into the area, where the current team is not strong in / not interested to work in?
What is my estimated break even period?
what is my network strength.. if i enter into new market.. what is the probability of getting from the existing and new sources?
and finally take the opinion of your existing clients .. they may suggest you well.

It is good to know your are changing the field due to financial crisis in our country. My suggestion to you is be a free lencer in the field of statutory and IR. The requirement is more in small organisation and factories. You can gain the knowledge on internet and govt labour law books.

One of the good ways to enter a new market is hire an expereince professional from that sector.

its very simple yaar... just hire one person who is vastly experienced in statutory compliance.... approach some new firms who are in developmental stage, obviously those firms will not be having a qualified person for statutory compliances.... approch them n offer ur service
