Should I Move to Hyderabad for a Deloitte HR Analyst Role or Stay Put in Chennai?

Currently, I'm working in an MNC in Chennai as an HR exec. (on a contract basis) with 3+ years of experience in HR. I have received an offer from Deloitte, Hyderabad, as an HR Analyst for the US Shift (Direct Payroll of Deloitte). I am in a state of confusion regarding whether to accept the offer and relocate to Hyderabad or to continue in the same job.

Please guide me on deciding about my future career, and kindly inform me if Deloitte is a good place to work.
