Induction Manual For A Small To Medium Company

Hi everyone
I am new to this website and am finding the topics very helpful in my day to day job. I am the office manager of a newly setup business and have to produce a induction & office procedure manual for new employees.
Would appreciate ideas or copies of manuals from anyone for me to go through.

For the ideal Induction Mannual what you need to do is.Just make a do and dont list of your company .And decide about what all area you need to cover.But Make sure that The induction mannual is sufficient enough to cover all the points related with the company and to the extend possible it should be the exact replica of your company.
Like it should contain following mandatory points Regarding
Company Introduction
Organisation Chart
HR Policy
Shifts
Attendance
Leave
Dress Code
Documentation
Disciplinary Action
Also other thing depending upon nature of the company.
