Well, I am pursuing an MBA in HR and need to work on my dissertation, which has to be based on my specialization, i.e., HR. If you can suggest some good topics for the same, keeping in mind the current business environment, that would be really helpful. Additionally, if you could shed some light on how to conduct dissertation research in the best possible manner.
