I am supposed to shortlist around 350 resumes in 3-4 days for the recruitment. How can I obtain free resumes from different job sites like Naukri, TimesJobs, etc.? We are seeking agents for a call center based in Ahmedabad. Candidates should have good English speaking skills.

Why do you want to review 350 resumes? That is far too many and an impossible task. You need to develop a much tighter and more targeted selection process for your employment needs.

You won't get free resumes from job sites like Naukri unless you pay for their package. Alternatively, you can use networking sites like Orkut and LinkedIn to post your requirements. If you are willing to recruit freshers for the call center, you can speak to various college placement cells to have them email you resumes of interested candidates. Utilize employee referral incentives. Additionally, you can advertise on some free job portals to post your job vacancy there.
