As many others IT companies, we are also thinking about some cost cutting measures to tackle with the global recession. After scrutinizing all accounts our management have decided for salary slash for non performers. Can anyone provide me with a sample letter of salary slash.

If Employee Is Non Performer He/she Shall Be Terminated.
Why Salary Reduction?
The Intention O Femployer Is Take Advantage Of The Recession To Lower The Pay Of Employee And Let Employee Work On Same Position.
