I am HR at IT company and handling end to end recruitments to Managerial tasks but now a days i am facing some problems so need your valuable suggestion:
1) I am good enough in Recruitment but technical panel takes too much time to take an interview and when candidates refuse us they start playing Blame game like she is not performer, she did not send us reminder on daily basis and all that...
2) For record i start sending email to them so that Top managemt people can understand better that what exactly i am doing and where i am lacking....after few days one member of technical panel said to my colleague that "she is like my younger sister" and she is taking my words otherwise(like: so many hr jobs are available in the market, she is non-performer etc..:()
Seniours! tell me what precisely i have to do...i have only 2.3 years of experience in the field of HR only, 1 year in IT firm(ongoing) n rest i stated my career with Recruitment consultancy.
Is Politics are part of every company n good for the growth of an organisation?
