How Can We Create Cost-Effective Employee Recognition Activities for Onsite Teams Abroad?

Can anyone please help me with some employee recognition and welfare activities to be conducted for associates who are onsite but not in India? Please do consider the cost aspect.

How about giving a package tour to Singapore with family as employee recognition? Also, how about having a canteen day where a group of employees makes special food from their region and sells it on-site? This would be a great way to have fun and begin with some exciting activities.

Thank you for the idea. It can be implemented, but what I'm looking for is something that can be done in a very short span of time and involves just a negligible amount of money.

Organize a Felicitation Day and buy them a wristwatch as a reward. Invite everyone, but only felicitate the chosen ones. This would be a motivating factor for others to do better. It is the only way you can accomplish something with fewer resources and less time. Make sure to include them in your list for recommendations for job-related seminars or training programs in the future.
