Employee Welfare Activities

Can anyone please help me with some employee recognition and welfare activities to be conducted for associates who are onsite not in India.

how about giving a package tour to singapore with family as employee recognition and how about having canteen day where a group of employees make special food of their region and sell on site. this would be a great fun to begin with.

Thanks for the idea, it can be implemented but wat im looking at is something which can be done in a very short span of time and which would involve just a negligible amount of money.

organise a Felicitation Day, buy them wrist watch as a reward. But invite all, and felicitate only those chosen ones. this would be a motivating factor for others to do better. this is the only way you can have something done with less resources and less time. but do have them in your list for recommendation for job related seminars or training programmes in future.
