Can any of my HR friends share their "Employee of the Month Policy" along with the certificate? I would highly appreciate it if you could help me out with this.

Regarding the certificate model, you can inquire with a graphics company to design your certificate featuring the company logo, a section for the best employee of the month, the criteria for receiving the award, and your director's signature, etc.
