Form 1st October 2006 ESIC Ceiling will raised form 7500 to 10000 so now maximum number of employees will be covereed under ESIC to enjoy the ESIC benefit

Currently this is only a proposal and this will be effective after Govt Notification which is not announced.

Increase in esic ceiling, it is to inform all hr member and manager payroll & compensation, the wage ceiling for esic has been revised from 10,000/- to rs.15,000/- as per newspaper hindustan dt.20.02.2010 a cutting of which is enclosed for reference, a formal notification from esic office will follow. Everyone is requested to complete the formalities of new coverable employees.
