Preparing Young Engineers for Overseas Assignments: What Should They Know About Local Laws and Culture?

Hello Buddies,

We are an engineering company and keep sending young engineers abroad for 3 months to 12 months assignments. As these are first-timers, most of them are unaware of the country's laws and culture. Can anyone provide me with the dos and don'ts while in a foreign country?
