Struggling with Motivation and Empowerment in ISO Training – Can Anyone Help?

Hi,

I'm Kumar, working as an Executive - HR in a large and reputed organization. Currently, I'm working on motivation and empowerment under ISO Training, which is also a requirement under ISO/Quality and ISO/TS. However, I'm stuck on the procedure and operation. Please, if anybody can help me out.
