Hi, if I quit my company without proper notice, can I withdraw my PF amount? I only have my PF number.

Dear Lalita,

You can definitely withdraw your PF amount. The main thing to consider is how long you have been working there. By filling out forms 19 and 10C, you can initiate the withdrawal process.

Hey Ram, you could, all you need to do is when you join the new company, use the Form 13. There will be a continuation, and all the money will be accumulated into the new PF number in your account.

Dear, you can withdraw PF without attesting the form with the employer. You fill up Form 19 and 10 C and get your signature attested with the bank manager, deposit it in the PF office, and please write a letter to RPFC stating that your employer is knowingly not attesting your form. That's why the form is attested by the bank manager.

Thank you,

Dear Ram,

If you can provide me with your basic salary for those 11 months, I will give you an approximate amount of your PF. Also, you can withdraw your PF without the signature of your employer if you have copies of Form 3A, Form 5, and Form 10A from your employer. You need to attach the above-mentioned forms to your PF withdrawal form (Form 10C & 19), and the same will be submitted to the RPFC. For any clarification or assistance, please feel free to contact me.

No PF can't be withdrawn without attesting the form from the employer if the company is in an existing condition. The Bank Manager, Gazetted officer, Councillors, MLA/MP, members of EPF board can only authorize to sign the withdrawal form if the company is locked. If the form is signed by the above-mentioned officials and the company is existing, after submission, the form must be sent to the company for verification.

Yes, Mr. Sumit, you are right. The best option is to transfer the PF amount to the new PF account. Use Form 13 and get the new employer authorized signature and submit it to the RPF office.

Dear Ram,

I agree with Sumit. If you have Form 3A, Form 5, and Form 10A signed by the employer, then in that case, you can get your PF claimed by the signature of any Gazetted officer. Otherwise, it is better to get transferred.

Thanks & Regards,
