No, PF can't be withdrawn without attesting the form from the employer if the company is in an existing condition. Bank Manager, Gazetted officer, Councillors, MLA/MP member of the EPF board can only authorize to sign the withdrawal form if only the company is locked. Yes, Mr. Sumit, you are right. The best option is to transfer the PF amount to the new PF account. Use Form 13 and get the new employer authorized signature and submit it to the RPF office.
